Title: Logarithmic radiative corrections to the dipole matrix elements in the hydrogen atom

Corrections of order {alpha}({alpha}Z){sup 2} are considered in the logarithmic approximation, the respective corrections to the energy levels in the Stark effect and to the radiative level widths are obtained, and the problems of the phases of the dipole matrix elements and of the relation between the spherical and parabolic eigenfunctions in hydrogen are examined. 51 refs., 1 tab.
