Our employees are the reason we kept up so much vital work during the pandemic. LANL is responsible for important R&D work for the nation and our scope is growing. COVID has taught us there are many ways to leverage technology to work effectively. Our researchers are making important contributions to nuclear security, climate change, environmental remediation, and fuel cell technology. LANL played a key leadership role in the pandemic by identifying mutations, predicting spread, and providing decision support. LANL has exciting news and changes on the horizon.
