Energy Efficiency of the 2003 International Energy Conservation Code in West Virginia
- Pacific Northwest National Lab. (PNNL), Richland, WA (United States)
DOE requested that Pacific Northwest National Laboratory estimate the energy savings, economic impacts, and pollution reduction from adopting the 2003 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) as the mandatory residential energy-efficiency code in the state of West Virginia. The state currently allows a less energy-efficient replacement option. This report addresses the impacts for low-rise residential buildings only.
