The paper presents a summary only of the important points of the conference presentation as well as the data used during the presentation. Several studies by the Energy Information Administration are summarized: Deliverability of reformulated gasoline; The reactive organic gas (ROG) issue; and A refiner baseline issue. Major findings of these studies are that as of January 1995, the national supply of RFG equaled its demand; deliverability is a key component, and local shortages are possible.
