Materials Data on Y2GePd by Materials Project
Y2PdGe crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Y2PdGe ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Y is bonded in a linear geometry to one Pd and one Ge atom. The Y–Pd bond length is 2.57 Å. The Y–Ge bond length is 2.56 Å. Pd is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Y atoms. Ge is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Y atoms.
