NCs is Tetraauricupride structured and crystallizes in the tetragonal P4/mmm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Cs1+ is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent N1- atoms. All Cs–N bond lengths are 3.35 Å. N1- is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Cs1+ atoms.
