Materials Data on Be2PdAu by Materials Project
Be2PdAu crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Be2PdAu ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Be is bonded in a linear geometry to one Pd and one Au atom. The Be–Pd bond length is 2.10 Å. The Be–Au bond length is 2.21 Å. Pd is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Be atoms. Au is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Be atoms.
