The Midwest Electric Vehicle Opportunities: Learning, eVents, Experience (Midwest EVOLVE) project was a 45 month, seven-state effort to introduce electric vehicles to the public, workplaces, corporate fleets and auto dealership staff. Midwest EVOLVE projects were planned and completed in the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio, and Wisconsin. The project was coordinated by the American Lung Association of the Upper Midwest (ALAUM), dba Twin Cities Clean Cities Coalition (TC4).
