Materials Data on Ca2CuPd by Materials Project
Ca2PdCu crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Ca2PdCu ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Ca is bonded in a linear geometry to one Pd and one Cu atom. The Ca–Pd bond length is 2.57 Å. The Ca–Cu bond length is 2.84 Å. Pd is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ca atoms. Cu is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Ca atoms.
