Materials Data on NaCdIn2 by Materials Project
NaCdIn2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two NaCdIn2 ribbons oriented in the (0, 1, 0) direction. Na is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent In atoms. Both Na–In bond lengths are 3.17 Å. Cd is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent In atoms. Both Cd–In bond lengths are 2.88 Å. In is bonded in a linear geometry to one Na and one Cd atom.
