Materials Data on LiYPb2 by Materials Project
LiYPb2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two LiYPb2 ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Li is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Pb atoms. Both Li–Pb bond lengths are 2.82 Å. Y is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Pb atoms. Both Y–Pb bond lengths are 3.00 Å. Pb is bonded in a linear geometry to one Li and one Y atom.
