Materials Data on CaLaRh2 by Materials Project

CaLaRh2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two CaLaRh2 ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Ca is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Rh atoms. Both Ca–Rh bond lengths are 2.74 Å. La is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Rh atoms. Both La–Rh bond lengths are 2.25 Å. Rh is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ca and one La atom.
