Materials Data on TaBe2Os by Materials Project
Be2TaOs crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Be2TaOs ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Be is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ta and one Os atom. The Be–Ta bond length is 2.48 Å. The Be–Os bond length is 2.13 Å. Ta is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Be atoms. Os is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Be atoms.
