Materials Data on Dy2TiSi2 by Materials Project
Dy2TiSi2 crystallizes in the tetragonal P4/mmm space group. The structure is zero-dimensional and consists of one Dy2TiSi2 cluster. Dy3+ is bonded in a single-bond geometry to one Si4- atom. The Dy–Si bond length is 2.83 Å. Ti2+ is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Si4- atoms. Both Ti–Si bond lengths are 2.46 Å. Si4- is bonded in a linear geometry to one Dy3+ and one Ti2+ atom.
