Materials Data on TaFe2Ge by Materials Project

TaFe2Ge crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two TaFe2Ge ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Ta is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Fe atoms. Both Ta–Fe bond lengths are 2.17 Å. Fe is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ta and one Ge atom. The Fe–Ge bond length is 2.34 Å. Ge is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Fe atoms.
