Materials Data on Pu3H by Materials Project
Pu3H crystallizes in the hexagonal P6_3/mmc space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Pu3H ribbons oriented in the (0, 0, 1) direction. Pu is bonded in a distorted L-shaped geometry to two equivalent H atoms. Both Pu–H bond lengths are 2.30 Å. H is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to six equivalent Pu atoms.
