Materials Data on Al2OsPd by Materials Project
OsPdAl2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two OsPdAl2 ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Os is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Al atoms. Both Os–Al bond lengths are 2.37 Å. Pd is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Al atoms. Both Pd–Al bond lengths are 2.38 Å. Al is bonded in a linear geometry to one Os and one Pd atom.
