The role of the {Delta}-excitation and radiative {omega}/{rho}-decay corrections to nucleon-nucleon bremsstrahlung is investigated in an effective relativistic Born approximation. Effects on the {ital pp}{gamma} potential model observables at {ital T}{sub {ital lab}}=280 MeV and the {ital pp}{gamma} soft photon approximation cross section at {ital T}{sub {ital lab}}=730 MeV are studied in comparison with experimental results. {copyright} {ital 1995} {ital American} {ital Institute} {ital of} {ital Physics}.
