- Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory
Soil moisture, temperature and electrical conductivity have been monitored with 5TE sensors (Decagon Inc.) located at 10 and 50 cm depth at 4 different locations along the northeast-facing slope at the Lower Montane site in the East River Watershed, Colorado from Oct 2016 to Oct 2018. The purpose of this data is to inform hydrobiogeochemical analyses for the Watershed Function Scientific Focus Area (SFA). The data is reported in 4 csv files labeled their by location identifiers (ER-SMN1-5) and location metadata is provided in SM_loc.csv. These data products are part of the Watershed Function Scientific Focus Area collection effort to further scientific understanding of biogeochemical dynamics from genome to watershed scales.
