The influence of uranyl sulfate concentration (0.5-50.0 mol %), temperature (600-800{degrees}C), deposition potential (-0.3 to -1.0 V) and composition of gaseous mixture over the melt on the chemical and phase composition potential (-0.3 to -1.0 V), and composition of gaseous mixture over the melt on the chemical and phase composition of uranium oxides prepared by electrolysis of UO{sub 2}SO{sub 4} solutions in M{sub 2}SO{sub 4} eutectic melts (M = Li, Na, K) has been studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. The mixture of uranium oxides or individual oxides with UO{sub 2}, U{sub 4}O{sub 9} and U{sub 3}O{sub 8} structures are formed on the cathode surface, depending on electrodeposition conditions.
