Order {alpha}{sup 4}(m/M)R{infinity} corrections to hydrogen P levels

Order of {alpha}{sup 4}(m/M)R{infinity} corrections to hydrogen P levels have been found. They are predominantly relativistic. The calculation method is a straightforward generalization of the approach previously used by the authors to find the shift of positronium P levels. The numerical values of the corrections found to the Lamb shift in hydrogen are {delta}E(2P{sub 3/2})=0.44 kHz. 11 refs., 5 figs.
