UTrain Manual for Training Administrators

This Institutional Training Administrative Procedure provides the business rules that must be followed when working in UTrain. As commercial off-the-shelf software with customizations, UTrain cannot address all the implementation business requirements, and thus, administrative business rules and processes were defined and documented. Many business rules were incorporated into the UTrain training materials. UTrain is the Laboratory’s official learning management system. UTrain is the system of record for all Laboratory training, qualification, certification, and worker authorization. All training at LANL must be documented in UTrain. The detailed steps of how to operate UTrain are contained in the UTrain courses and training manuals and in the UTrain job aids, not in this document.
