First observation of the in a Dalitz analysis of

Here, we report the first observation of decays. The neutral partner of the , the decaying to , is observed for the first time with a significance using a Dalitz analysis of decays. The findings are obtained with a data sample collected with the Belle detector at the resonance at the KEKB asymmetric-energy collider.
