This project would design, build and test an improved version of the PARE (Pressurized Airborne Release Equipment) system for (powder venting) ARF/RF testing(DOE 1994). This effort would improve the accuracy of risk estimation for the venting of pressurized powders and the venting of gases through pressurized powders. Previously indicated problematic factors (DOE 1994) would be eliminated and the experimental database would be expanded.
