All-Fiber Phase-Shifted Demodulation System for Fabry-Perot Interferometric Sensors
- ORNL
A quadrature phase-shifted optical demodulation scheme has been developed for low-coherence fiber-optic Fabry-Perot interferometric sensors. The demodulator shows a great stability of phase shift. Applications to vibration/strain measurements are demonstrated.
