Elevate worked with real estate agents, appraisers, and appraiser regulators to develop three unique but related training programs to support understanding of residential PV systems and their impact on home valuation. The training course for real estate professionals and for appraisers were delivered both live and through self-paced, interactive, online methods and are eligible for Continuing Education (CE) credits needed for licensure maintenance in 20 to 40 states. Appraiser regulator training was delivered through live webinars. The project team analyzed the training needs and requirements of the relevant audiences, designed the training curricula for those audiences, developed the training, implemented the different courses, and evaluated the different courses that resulted from this work.
