The authors obtain a simple integral representation for the classical Green`s function of the Dirac equation in an arbitrary centrally symmetric decreasing field. The approach uses semiclassical radial wave functions and the contribution of large orbital angular momenta. The derived Green`s function is used to calculate the amplitude of Delbrueck scattering in a screened Coulomb field. 17 refs.
