D0 - anti-D0 hadronic mixing and DCS decays from FOCUS

Conference · · Int.J.Mod.Phys.A20:3689-3691,2005

The authors present an analysis of the decay D{sup 0} {yields} K{sup +}{pi}{sup -} from FOCUS. From a sample of 234 events they find a branching ratio of {Lambda}(D{sup 0} {yields} K{sup +}{pi}{sup -})/{Lambda}(D{sup 0} {yields} K{sup -}{pi}{sup +}) = (0.430{sub -0.061}{sup +0.062} {+-} 0.031)% under the assumption of no mixing and no CP violation. They also present limits on charm mixing.
