The System Advisor Model (SAM) and PVWatts tools have been key successes and core facilities of the DOE EERE suite of capabilities for the last fifteen years, and have grown into a first-class and one-of-a-kind software suite for solar energy technology systems, incorporating best-in-class models for detailed performance and techno-economic analysis. This final report describes accomplishments of this project to continue to achieve high impact for all stakeholders.
