States enter into safeguards agreements with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to fulfill their nuclear non-proliferation commitments. Each nonnuclear-weapon State party to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) [1] is required, pursuant to Article III, to conclude a comprehensive safeguards agreement (CSA) with the IAEA. This document aims to provide information regarding the system requirements of software designed for comprehensive safeguards reporting.
