We investigate transverse beam polarization in {ital e}{sup +}{ital e{minus}}{r_arrow}{ital W}{sup +}{ital W{minus}} including radiative corrections and hard bremsstrahlung. The fact that transversal polarization provides an important tool for investigating longitudinal {ital W} physics is emphasized. Results are discussed in the context of other polarization effects. We argue that, if deviations from the standard model are small, the best tool to study triple gauge boson couplings precisely is a high luminosity {ital e}{sup +}{ital e{minus}} collider which allows us to scan the peak of the cross section up to about 300 GeV.
