The ratio of the proton and neutron structure functions in 490 GeV/c deep inelastic muon scattering experiment is measured. Using the measured $$F^n_2/F^p_2$$ ratio and a Morfin-Tung parameterization of parton distributions, the Gottfried Sum rule is evaluated in a restricted $$\chi_{bj}$$ range. The measure $$F^n_2/F^p_2$$ ratio in the $$\chi_{bj}$$ range 0.001-0.125 at low $Q^2$ is found to be consistent with unity. The contribution to the Gottfried sum from .the $$\chi_{bj}$$ range 0.001-0.125 is -0.044 ± 0.123. The experiment E665 extends the range of ratio of the structure functions measurement from $$\chi_{bj}$$ = 0.004 to 0.001. The measured ratio is higher but consistent with measurement done by previous experiments in the region where the data overlaps.
