Venting losses from the LH2 trailer at the refueling station

LH2 trailers typically vent significant amounts of vapor following delivery at a refueling station. See for example the picture on Fig. 1 of the vapor cloud due to the depressurization of trailer #7016 at LLNL. That practice is possibly too conservative with regards to the Code of Federal Regulations.
