The four structure functions $$F_2$$ , $$R_{Long}$$, $$xF^{\nu}_3$$ , and $$xF^{\bar{\nu}}_3$$ are extracted from measurements of inclusive charged-current $$\nu$$-Fe interactions in the CCFR detector at the Fermilab Tevatron. The analysis produces measurements of the CKM matrix element $$\mid V_{cs} \mid$$ = 1.05 ± 0.10 $$^{+0.07}_{-0.11}$$ and measurements of $$R_{long}$$ made at 0.0 $$\ge$$ x $$\ge$$ 0.425 and $$1 \ge Q^2 \ge 100$$ $GeV^2$ . The new $$R_{long}$$ measurements probe a low-$$x$$ kinematic region ($$x$$ = 0.01) which is important for constraining the gluon distribution.
