This thesis presents the results from the investigation of time dependent $$B^0_d B^0_d$$ mixing in $$B \to lepton$$ X, $$B^0_d \to D^{*-} X$$, $$\bar{D}^{*-}\to \bar{D}^0 \pi^-$$, $$\bar{D}^0 \to K^+ \pi^-$$ channel in $$p\bar{p}$$ collisions at $$\sqrt{s}$$ = 1.8 TeV using 110 $$pb^{-1}$$ data collected with the CDF detector at the Fermilab Tevatron Collider. The $D^0$ vertex is reconstructed. The B0 d decay length is estimated using the distance from the primary vertex to the measured position of the D0 vertex. The B0 momentum is estimated using the $D^0$ momentum and a kinematic correction factor from Monte Carlo. With the dilution floating, $$\Delta M_d = 0.55 \pm ^{0.15}_{0.16} (stat) \pm 0.06 (syst)$$$$ ps^{-1}$$ is measured.
