The complete matrix element for {ital e}{sup +}{ital e}{sup {minus}}{r_arrow}{ital b{bar b}ZZ} has been computed at tree level and applied to {ital ZH}{sup 0} production followed by {ital Z}{r_arrow}{ital b{bar b}} and {ital H}{sup 0}{r_arrow}{ital ZZ}, including all the irreducible background, at the Next Linear Collider. We find that, assuming flavor identification of the {ital Z}-decay products, this channel, together with {ital e}{sup +}{ital e}{sup {minus}}{r_arrow}{ital b{bar b}W}{sup +}{ital W}{sup {minus}} in which {ital ZH}{sup 0}{r_arrow}({ital b{bar b}})({ital W}{sup +}{ital W}{sup {minus}}), can be important for the study of the parameters of the standard model Higgs boson over the heavy mass range 2{ital M}{sub {ital Z}}{approx_lt}{ital M}{sub {ital H}}{sup 0}{approx_lt}2{ital m}{sub {ital t}}.
