The {ital E}{sub {alpha},lab}=679 keV (5/2{sup +}) and {ital E}{sub {alpha},lab}=687 keV (3/2{sup {minus}}) resonances in the {sup 15}N({alpha},{gamma}){sup 19}F reaction have been analyzed using a windowless gas target system and a 100% relative efficiency germanium detector with an active BGO shielding. The strength of the {ital E}{sub {alpha},lab}=687 keV resonance has been determined: {omega}{gamma}= 8{plus_minus}3 {mu}eV. The strength of the {ital E}{sub {alpha},lab}=461 keV resonance and the properties of the corresponding resonances in the mirror reaction {sup 15}O({alpha},{gamma}){sup 19}Ne have been derived using a realistic folding potential.
