Materials Data on LaS by Materials Project
LaS is Tetraauricupride structured and crystallizes in the cubic Pm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. La2+ is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent S2- atoms. All La–S bond lengths are 3.10 Å. S2- is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent La2+ atoms.
