We present results for the dc electrical conductiviy (rho) of poly(benzo(1,2-b:4,5-b`)dithiophene-4,8-diyl vinylene) and poly(pyrrole) vs. temperature in the range 10-295 K. We have analyzed the temperature dependence of {rho} by using the Variable Range Hopping (VRH) model and obtained results for the density of states at the Fermi energy N(E{sub F}) and bipolaron localization length, {alpha}{sup -1}. The temperature dependence of {rho} exhibits a {open_quotes}transition{close_quotes} at T* {approx} 125 K; the {rho}(T) data at T > T* and T < T* are described by two significantly different sets of VRH parameters, N(E{sub F}) and {alpha}{sup -1}.
