This document is the close-out report of Grant DE-FG02-91ER40682 from the Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) High-Energy Physics (HEP) Group to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). This grant started with the current federal identifier number in September 1991 and supported the experimental and theoretical research in HEP at CMU since then. Historically, the Carnegie Mellon experimental high-energy program was an amalgamation of three previously separate tasks: the “Counter” and “Colliding-Beams” groups as well as the Theory group.
