Title: Materials Data on Sr2Ni(NO2)6 by Materials Project

(Sr(NO2)3)2Ni crystallizes in the cubic Fm-3m space group. The structure is three-dimensional and consists of four nickel molecules and one Sr(NO2)3 framework. In the Sr(NO2)3 framework, Sr2+ is bonded in a 12-coordinate geometry to twelve equivalent O2- atoms. All Sr–O bond lengths are 2.77 Å. N3+ is bonded in a distorted square co-planar geometry to four equivalent O2- atoms. All N–O bond lengths are 1.73 Å. O2- is bonded in a 2-coordinate geometry to two equivalent Sr2+ and two equivalent N3+ atoms.
