Title: Materials Data on KInTe2 by Materials Project

Dataset ·
DOI:https://doi.org/10.17188/1195045· OSTI ID:1195045

KInTe2 crystallizes in the tetragonal I4/mcm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. K1+ is bonded in a 8-coordinate geometry to eight equivalent Te2- atoms. All K–Te bond lengths are 3.74 Å. In3+ is bonded to four equivalent Te2- atoms to form edge-sharing InTe4 tetrahedra. All In–Te bond lengths are 2.86 Å. Te2- is bonded in a 6-coordinate geometry to four equivalent K1+ and two equivalent In3+ atoms.
