This drawing package is for the SLAC XL5 x-band pulsed klystron that was scaled from the XL4 klystron design to operate at higher frequency. This device is used at CERN as a power source for CLIC experiments and at other European labs as sources for linearizers. This klystron operates at a frequency of 11.993 GHz and produces a peak output power of 50 MW with a pulse length of 1.5 {mu}s at 60 Hz pulse repetition rate
