The Improvement of the Vertical Dispersion Matching of the Beam Transport Line Between AGS and RHIC

In the beam transport line from AGS to RHIC due to vertical bending of the central orbit in some places the vertical dispersion is not zero. But at the injection point of RHIC the dispersion functions ηy and η'y should be zero so as to match the parameters of RHIC. Otherwise there will be a vertical phase space dilution.
