Expedited Demolition Notification for Structures at Technical Area 54

The National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and Los Alamos National Security, LLC (LANS) (collectively the Permittees) are informing the New Mexico Environment Department Hazardous Waste Bureau (NMED-HWB) of the need to expedite the demolition of structures summarized in the enclosure. These structures have recently been identified to receive funding and be demolished. Structure TA-54-0296 will be demolished prior to December 30, 2012. The remaining structures covered by this notification will be demolished within the January 1, 2013 through March 31, 2013 quarter.
