This report presents results of a public survey on attitudes of the French towards nuclear power. It is shown that they are more concerned over other environmental issues such as deforestation, than nuclear power impacts on the environment. The majority of people interviewed were in favor of nuclear power plants. Arguments against nuclear power plants are also described.
