This study, conducted by Gilbert/Commonwealth International, was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency on behalf of Bulgaria`s Committee on Energy. The objective of the study was to design and implement a formal plan for emergency operating procedures as well as to develop operational and maintenance procedures which will improve the reliability and safety of the plant. The report is divided into 5 volumes. Section IV contains Risk Based Maintenance and is divided as follows: Executive Summary, (1) Scope and Objectives, (2) Methodology, (3) Assessment, (4) Deliverables, (5) Conclusions and Recommendations, (6) Glossary. Appendixes A-C follows.
