Microwave Radiometer, 3-Channel (mwr3c)

The microwave radiometer 3-channel (MWR3C) provides time-series measurements of brightness temperatures from three channels centered at 23.834, 30, and 89 GHz, or 23, 31, and 90 GHz. These three channels are sensitive to the presence of liquid water and precipitable water vapor.
