OSTI ID:10191944
A program for lockout/tagout is important for ensuring worker safety in DOE facilities. The program is designed to identify sources of energy and hazardous materials that could adversely affect maintenance activities, isolate all such sources from the work area, and ensure that the isolation remains effective until the work is completed. Purpose of this guide is to provide DOE contractors with information that can be used to validate and/or modify existing programs relative to Conduct of Operations.
