The atmospheric neutrino anomaly in Soudan 2

Based on a preliminary analysis of 1.01 fiducial kiloton-years of Soudan 2 data, we measure (track/shower){sub measured}/(track/shower){sub predicted} = 0.64 {plus_minus} 0.17(stat) {plus_minus} 0.09(sys). We discuss the implications of a neutrino oscillation interpretation of the atmospheric neutrino anomaly.
